English Methodists observe month of prayer for interfaith relations

The Methodist Church of Great Britain dedicated the month of February to prayer for interfaith relations. In 2005, the Methodist Youth Conference challenged the Methodist Church to examine how “hostile and untrue” things are said about other religious traditions. They suggested that an important way to change this state of affairs was to engage in interfaith action, especially in prayer. So this year, the English Methodist Church dedicated the month of February to praye for interfaith relations.
